By accessing or using the Shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Shop.
Who operates the Shop
The Shop is operated by JMM HOMEMADE SDN. BHD. (202201028158 (1473855-D))("we", "us", "our").
Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Accounts
You may create an account with email and password or sign in with Google or Facebook. You must keep your login credentials confidential. You may not share your account in a way that abuses the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security or fraud risk, or harm other users or the Shop.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Product images and descriptions are illustrative; minor variations may occur. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as obvious pricing errors, unavailability, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
Orders
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart subject to these terms. We may send an acknowledgement; a contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order (including by processing it for fulfilment). We may reject or limit quantities where reasonable.
Payment
Payment methods shown at checkout (for example DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, or PayNow, depending on destination) must be completed as instructed. You may be required to upload a clear payment transfer screenshot or proof so we can verify your payment before we process the order. Orders without valid payment proof where required may not be fulfilled.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery areas, timelines, and fees may differ between Johor Bahru and Singapore. For details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy and applicable consumer law. Please contact us promptly with your order details if there is damage, error, or other eligible issue.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Shop for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Interfere with or burden the Shop (including automated scraping or abuse); or
- Misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
Intellectual property
Content on the Shop (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit such content except as needed to browse and purchase for personal use, or as we expressly permit.
Disclaimers
The Shop and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not mandatory under applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimer is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Shop. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Shop or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order giving rise to the claim (or, if none, a reasonable cap), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example certain consumer rights).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the Shop, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Shop, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where stricter notice or consent is required by law.
